Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Visit prospective clients to promote and explain software development services (web/app/ERP/CRM solutions). Generate new leads through field activities, networking, and referrals. Schedule and attend client meetings, demos, and presentations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain accurate records of visits, inquiries, and sales activities. Provide timely feedback and updates on client requirements and market conditions to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales/marketing (experience in IT/software industry is an advantage). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory/ area.
