Promote and sell products within assigned store locations, develop sales pitches, and achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
Store Relationship Management:
Visit retail locations to build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
Product Placement & Merchandising:
Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in stores and arrange for stock replenishment as needed.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and collect data to provide to management.
Reporting:
Create and submit reports on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
Customer Engagement:
Identify and follow up with leads, collect store contact information, and build lasting customer relationships.
Training:
Provide training and support to store staff on product features and benefits.
Requirements:
Must be highly professional and have a polite attitude.
Must have 1+ years of experience in either distribution sales or sales.
Prior experience in distribution sales will be preferred.
A good memory & prior experience in managing multiple customer relations is preferred.
Must possess experience in using google sheets to maintain data.
