Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven

Field Sales Representative

for the

Anand Parbat market

. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with traders, fabricators, and manufacturers, and driving sales of CR and MS sheet products in the local industrial market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new clients and manage existing accounts in Anand Parbat and nearby areas. Sell CRCA End Cuts, CR Sheet Cutting, CRCA Coils, and MS A-Grade Sheet Cuttings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular field visits to industrial areas, workshops, and distributors. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat business. Negotiate prices, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and provide insights to management. Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience. 1-4 years of field sales experience in

steel, hardware, or industrial products

preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Must be target-driven, hardworking, and willing to travel locally. Knowledge of Anand Parbat industrial market will be an added advantage.
