Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting (Field-Based Only)



Conduct regular field visits to industrial areas, corporate offices, and commercial hubs to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve a minimum target of 35- qualified prospects per week -- meaning 35 businesses that either have active staffing requirements or are willing to share their hiring needs.

Collect accurate client details (decision-makers, HR contacts, hiring needs, etc.).

Explore opportunities across industries like IT, Pharma, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, etc.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building



Meet business owners, HR managers, and admin professionals to present Auroedge's staffing solutions.

If the inside sales/tele calling team fixes a meeting, the executive must personally visit the client location and discuss their staffing requirements in detail.

Deliver impactful presentations, handle objections, and position our services effectively.

Share proposals, follow up regularly, and convert prospects into clients.

Build and nurture long-term business relationships with clients.

Internal Coordination & Service Fulfilment



Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled on time.

Keep clients updated on interview schedules, feedback, and candidate onboarding status.

Reporting & Documentation



Maintain daily logs of field visits and qualified prospects in CRM/tracker.

Submit weekly performance reports on leads generated, meetings held, and conversions.

Share market insights and competitor activity with management.

Candidate Requirements



1-2 years of proven field sales experience (preferably in staffing, recruitment, or B2B services). Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and the local language.

Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory.

Strong in offline lead generation, client meetings, and relationship management.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at documentation and follow-ups.
