Job Summary:

We are hiring motivated and target-driven

Field Sales Executives

to lead the promotion and sales of

Electric Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Autos

(3-Wheelers). In this role, you will be at the forefront of the EV revolution, helping businesses make the shift from fuel-based to electric transportation. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, close sales, and manage customer relationships for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive EV sales growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business. Promote EV solutions through on-ground field activities and visits. Provide product demonstrations, address queries, and resolve customer issues professionally. Maintain accurate sales records, manage CRM updates, and provide regular sales forecasting. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).

2-3 years of field sales experience

, preferably in

automotive or EV industry

.

Experience in selling 3-wheeler electric vehicles

is highly preferred. Strong understanding of the EV landscape, market dynamics, and customer segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with regular field travel and on-ground sales engagement. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
