Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to targeted residential and developing areas.
Identify ongoing or upcoming home construction/renovation projects.
Interact with homeowners, contractors, site engineers, or neighbors to gather relevant contact details.
Accurately collect and enter lead data into the company's CRM system as per policy.
Maintain a daily log of visits, contacts made, and lead status.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams for lead handovers and follow-ups.
Report to the office daily for briefings, updates, and CRM reporting.
Stay updated with local real estate developments and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of field sales or on-ground lead generation experience (preferably in home decor, interiors, building materials, or real estate).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outspoken, confident, and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Should possess a personal two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Familiarity with using CRM tools and basic computer skills.
Hardworking, sincere, and organized in maintaining daily records.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
