Job Description

Sales & Business Development



Identify and approach potential customers (residential, SME, or enterprise) through field visits Promote broadband, leased line, fiber, IPTV, or other telecom services Generate new leads and convert them into active customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct product demonstrations and explain plans, pricing, and benefits clearly

Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned area Address customer queries and coordinate with technical/support teams for issue resolution Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of customer application forms Follow up on installations, activations, and payments

Market & Territory Management



Conduct market surveys and gather competitor information Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity updates Expand presence in new buildings, societies, and commercial areas Work closely with distributors, channel partners, or local influencers

Reporting & Compliance



Update CRM or sales tracking systems regularly Prepare daily/weekly sales reports Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and code of conduct
