The Inverter & UPS Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting inverter and UPS products to customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and providing basic technical guidance to help customers choose the right power backup solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell inverter and UPS systems to residential, commercial, and industrial customers
Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and warranty details clearly
Achieve monthly, Quarterly and annual sales targets
Conduct site visits when required to understand customer power needs
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
Coordinate with service and installation teams for smooth delivery
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
Keep records of sales, customers, and market feedback
Stay updated on new products and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience in sales (electrical, inverter, UPS, or electronics preferred)
Basic understanding of inverters, batteries, and UPS systems
Good communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to travel locally for sales and site visits
Preferred Qualities
Experience in power backup or electrical products
Familiarity with lead generation and field sales
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, or billing software)
