We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage field sales operations, generate leads, meet clients, and drive business growth. The role requires strong communication skills, exceptional client-handling ability, and a target-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits across Raipur to identify potential clients and generate leads.
Meet customers, understand requirements, and provide product presentations or demos.
Prepare quotations based on client needs and finalize them professionally.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- lead generation, sales order confirmation, purchase coordination, delivery follow-ups, and final payment closure.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support business expansion.
Coordinate with the showroom and backend team for stock, orders, and customer support.
Maintain proper client records, documentation, and follow-up details.
Handle customer queries and ensure smooth post-sales service.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (electrical/lighting preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations responsibly.
Goal-driven mindset with strong customer relationship skills.
Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
