We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for visiting clients in person, presenting products or services, and closing sales to achieve targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer service.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel).
