Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential clients to promote and sell products/services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Execute sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Ensure proper merchandising and brand visibility at retail outlets (if applicable). Report daily/weekly activities, sales, and customer feedback to the management. Collect payments and ensure proper documentation (if applicable). Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Monthly/quarterly sales targets. Number of client visits per week/month. Customer acquisition and retention rates. Market coverage and territory growth. Sales pipeline health and conversion rates.
