This is a field role involving dealer development, construction site visits, and connecting with contractors, engineers, and architects.
Key Responsibilities
Visit building material dealers in your assigned area and develop new dealer network
Conduct regular construction site visits to demonstrate Crosslock usage
Generate demand by meeting contractors, civil engineers, and architects
Ensure product awareness, display, and conversions at dealer counters
Candidate Requirements
Graduate (BBA, BCom, BCA, BA, Civil Diploma or Civil Engineering preferred)
0-2 years field sales experience (building materials/FMCG/hardware preferred, but not mandatory)
Must be comfortable with field visits & talking to customers
Good communication and follow-up skills
Two-wheeler & driving license required
Salary & Benefits
?15,000 - ?22,000 per month
