Field Sales Executive
who can help us expand our market reach and build long-term business relations.
Role & Responsibilities:
Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and garment shops in assigned areas.
Present and promote our product range (T-shirts & lowers).
Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits and client follow-ups.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:
10th Pass.
Experience:
Prior experience in field sales (preferably garments/textiles/FMCG) is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Mandatory:
Own
Bike
with valid driving license.
Smartphone
for daily reporting and communication.
Skills:
Good communication and convincing power.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to build strong customer relations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission Based Earnings:
Attractive commission on each sale (uncapped earnings - higher sales = higher income).
