Roles and Responsibilities Knows how to market Jackfruit and cashew nuts value added products Visiting potential customers retail shops to sell the products. Visiting HORECA segments (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering companies) Visiting Sweet, Juice, Ice cream manufactures and processors. Visiting Distributors and Institutions such as MNC companies, Cinemas, Hypermarkets and Collages. Participation in food & Horeca exhibitions Maintain detailed records of travel visit and customer feedbacks to follow up on weekly and monthly basis. Provide clarification to customer questions about the products. Recommends products based on their needs. Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department. Takes detailed visit notes and records any feedback. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times Works well independently and keep good time management. Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address and other order information Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposes Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about a products price, features and benefits Qualification UG Qualification Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG Qualification Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization Doctorate Doctorate Not Required - None Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above
