Job Overview We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, your role will involve promoting and selling our range of services to businesses. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, with strong knowledge of marketing and business-to-business (B2B) sales. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in field sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong knowledge of marketing and business-to-business (B2B) sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good negotiation and persuasion skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits Proficient in MS Office Roles and Responsibilites Identify New Sales Leads. Must Have Laptop ( Optional) And Own Vehicle Field Sales Prospect For New Clients By Networking. Cold Calling. Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
