Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Meet and exceed sales targets assigned for the territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers. Conduct regular market visits to assess competitors' activities and market trends. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the sales/marketing team. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the manager. Promote brand awareness and ensure proper product visibility in the market.

Requirements & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in field sales or similar role. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
