Job Responsibilities:

Field Sales - CASA Banking Product Sales ,

Acquire

new CASA customers

through

field sales activities

including door-to-door visits, corporate visits, and local market sourcing. Achieve assigned

CASA account opening and deposit mobilization targets

on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Promote and sell

Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Salary Accounts, and Institutional CASA products

. Identify potential customers by conducting

cold calls, referrals, and lead generation in assigned territories

. Build strong relationships with

SMEs, traders, professionals, and individual customers

to drive sustained CASA growth. Conduct

product demos and explain features, benefits, and charges

to customers clearly. Assist customers with

account opening, documentation, and KYC compliance

as per bank policies. Ensure

activation of accounts

and encourage balance build-up post account opening. Cross-sell

banking products

linked to CASA such as debit cards, internet banking, mobile banking, insurance, and overdraft facilities. Maintain accurate

sales MIS, lead tracking, and daily activity reports

. Coordinate with branch operations teams to ensure

smooth onboarding and faster TAT

. Monitor market and competitor activities to improve

field sales strategies

. Adhere strictly to

banking regulations, AML/KYC norms, and internal compliance standards

. Resolve basic customer queries and provide

after-sales support

to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Participate in

local marketing campaigns, field promotions, and customer acquisition drives

.

Key Skills / Requirements :

Experience in

field sales / direct sales

, preferably in banking or financial services Strong

communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Willingness to work in

field-based target-driven roles

Knowledge of

CASA products and basic banking operations
