The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Biodegradable products by visiting customers in assigned areas. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing market presence for eco-friendly and compostable products through direct field work.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential customers such as retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and institutions
Promote and sell biodegradable and compostable products
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits
Conduct product demonstrations and explain eco-friendly benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect orders and ensure timely submission to the office
Follow up on payments and outstanding collections as per company policy
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback to management
Plan and manage daily field routes efficiently
Resolve customer queries and coordinate for after-sales support
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities
Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and customer data
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups

Salary Range:
?1,44,000 - ?1,80,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
