1-5 years (building materials/construction sales preferred)
Role & Responsibilities:
Visit builders, contractors, developers, dealers, and construction sites
Generate leads and convert site visits into orders
Promote and sell AAC Blocks for ongoing/upcoming projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with dispatch and accounts for order execution
Achieve monthly sales targets
Collect market and competitor information
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ?30,000
Incentives: ₹25,000 - ?50,000 (performance-based)
Total Potential: ₹45,000 - ?80,000+ per month
Requirements:
Experience in AAC blocks, cement, bricks, RMC, steel, or other construction materials
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Willing to travel for site visits
Self-motivated and target-driven
Two-wheeler preferred
