Field Sales Executive
with proven
B2B sales experience
. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
field sales, client handling, and market development
, with the ability to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
Handle
B2B sales
activities and develop corporate / institutional clients
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing customers
Present, demonstrate, and promote company products and services to prospective clients
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management
Collect and share market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, execution, and delivery follow-ups
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5
years of experience in Field Sales (B2B preferred)
Strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation, and closing techniques
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy sector will be an added advantage
