We are looking for a
dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive
with
2 to 3 years of experience
in
B2B field sales
to generate new clients for our
digital services
, including
Website Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing solutions
. The role involves
field visits, client meetings, lead generation, and deal closures
.
Key Responsibilities
Generate
new business leads
through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet potential clients such as
business owners, startups, schools, hospitals, real estate firms, and local brands
.
Pitch and sell
website development, app development, SEO, and digital marketing services
.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions.
Conduct
face-to-face meetings
, product demos, and presentations.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve
monthly sales targets
.
Maintain and update
CRM / sales records
.
Coordinate with the technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution.
Collect client feedback and build long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience
in
field sales
, preferably in
IT / digital services
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Good understanding of
website development, app development, SEO, and digital marketing services
.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Comfortable with
outdoor sales and field work
.
Mandatory Requirements
Two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving license - Mandatory
Laptop - Mandatory
Smartphone with internet access
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience in selling
IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing solutions

Existing
local business network
in Patna and nearby areas.
Knowledge of
CRM tools
and basic reporting.
