Roles and Responsibility



We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team and drive sales expansion in Bihar. The role involves developing dealer networks, building strong relationships with contractors/builders, and ensuring product penetration for our key product lines: TMT Bars, Marble & Stones, and Stone Chips. Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retailers in assigned territories. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners. Generate leads with contractors, builders, and infrastructure projects. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure market penetration for TMT bars, marble, and stone chips. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products. Conduct regular field visits to expand brand visibility and gather market insights. Prepare and share sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with the management team.

Education



Graduate in any stream (BBA/ MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

Experience



1-3 years of field sales experience in construction materials (TMT bars, steel, cement, tiles, marble, paint, or related industries). Candidates with an existing network of dealers/distributors in Bihar will be given preference. Open for Freshers as well

Skills Required:



Strong communication & negotiation skills (Hindi/local dialects must, English is a plus). Ability to build and maintain strong dealer relationships. Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with fieldwork. Basic understanding of logistics and credit terms in construction material sales.

Compensation -

18000 to 35000 + Incentive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
