Must be proficient in Hindi and local language.

JOB PROFILE
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to various villages/towns and educate potential customers (Retail shops, Recharge centres, Aadhaar withdrawal centres, Photocopy shops, Stationery shops, CSP Centres) about the Tak Se app and its benefits.
Onboard shopkeepers, cyber cafes, Jan Seva Kendras, and mobile shops to join Tak Se.
Collect and update potential customer information into the company database.
Follow up on leads and convert them into TBPs (Tak Se Business Partners) via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and personal visits.
Meet monthly and yearly sales targets (at least 20-30 agent onboardings per month).
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports and feedback to the team leader or senior management.
Identify and collect data of potential shops and service points (Recharge shops, Aadhaar centres, CSPs, etc.) through field research and networking.

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible)
