Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in assigned territories. The role involves meeting clients in person, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective clients Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and customer interactions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities Follow up with customers for payments, renewals, or repeat business Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service delivery
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Convincing and negotiation abilities Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Ability to work independently and under pressure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
