Field Sales Executives

for our growing distribution network in

Kosmi, Betul

. If you have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets, we want to hear from you. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for self-driven individuals who want to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage in field sales and product promotion Visit retailers, distributors, and vendors to expand our product reach Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers Achieve daily sales targets (minimum 100 packets per day) Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, and interests Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (preferably in FMCG or food industry) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and result-oriented approach Familiarity with the local market of Kosmi, Betul is a plus Must own a smartphone and basic knowledge of reporting
