Job Title: Field Relationship Manager - Real Estate
Compensation: 15000 - 25000
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders in the field. The Field Relationship Manager will handle site visits, manage client expectations, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients to build strong relationships and provide property information.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients, showcasing property features and answering client inquiries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the field, addressing any concerns or requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align on client requirements and ensure seamless service.
• Update and maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with property owners and managers to facilitate viewings, negotiations, and lease or purchase transactions.
• Assist clients with document verification, site evaluation, and liaise with the legal team for property documentation.
• Stay updated on local property market trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights.

• Proven experience in real estate or a client-facing role in field operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Knowledge of the local property market, with a basic understanding of real estate transactions.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
