-Submit work to the next level hierarchy for input and approval.
-Generate leads and identify potential clients & property owners through networking, referrals, and online sources.
-Meet with clients & property owners to discuss their real estate needs and requirements.
-Review properties of clients and collect all the information, the features and benefits of each property.
-Capable of working in Land acquisition and Property management.
-Work with clients to develop a customized plan that meets their specific needs and goals.
-Negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and guide clients & property owners through the closing process.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients & property owners to generate repeat business and referrals.
-Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with other professionals and stay current with industry news and trends.
-Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
-Vehicles are mandatory.
Skills
-Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
-Proficiency in Hindi & English
-Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
-Fast learner and passion for sales
-High school degree
