Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.
2. Building Relationships
: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Needs Assessment:
Conduct needs assessments with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
4. Product/Service Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and their applications.
5. Quotations and Proposals:
Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers.
6. Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
7. Account Management:
Manage existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Sales Reporting:
Provide regular sales reports to management, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and sales performance metrics.
