A Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with customers,
identifying new sales opportunities through Field work, Lead generations , cold calling, Market visit, Direct client hunting
maintaining existing client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred
- Experience: Proven sales experience, particularly in a field sales role, is highly advantageous
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and manage time effectively; proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
