We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on new business development. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory.

Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our products/services to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.

Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospects.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in new business development.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
