Field Sales Executive - B2B (Manufacturing / Packaging / PET Bottles)
We are looking for a
Field Sales Executive
to grow our business by visiting clients, building relationships, and closing B2B deals. You will manage a defined territory, meet customers face-to-face, present our product (PET bottles), and negotiate contracts. You'll also work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients in your territory
Visit customer sites (factories, warehouses, offices) to pitch our PET bottles and packaging solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and explain how our bottles meet their requirements
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (Business, Sales, or related field preferred)
Proven experience (1-3 years or more) in B2B field sales or industrial sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in on-site selling
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel in your sales territory frequently
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
