We are hiring Solar Field Executives for our rooftop solar business in nearby guwahati areas. Your primary role will be to attract new customers, explain the benefits of government solar subsidy schemes, and ensure approved bank loans for rooftop installations. You will have monthly targets for onboarding customers with completed loan approvals.

Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers in nearby guwahati areas for solar rooftop installations.
Explain benefits of PM Surya Ghar Yojana and other subsidy schemes. Guide customers through bank loan documentation and approval process. Achieve targets. Coordinate with bank partners. Requirements:12th pass or graduate. Bike and smartphone required for field travel. Basic English for customer and bank communication. Good convincing and area knowledge skills.
