Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of field sales executives
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
Track team performance and ensure achievement of sales goals
Conduct regular team meetings, field visits, and performance reviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
