Pureza is a fast-growing packaged drinking water brand focused on direct-to-retail distribution, strong retailer relationships, and efficient last-mile delivery through dark stores. We aim to build a high-discipline, high-performance sales force that owns the market on ground.
Role Summary
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for onboarding retailers, taking daily orders, ensuring timely payments, and expanding Pureza's presence in the assigned territory. This is a pure feet-on-street execution role with clear daily targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retailer Onboarding & Market Expansion
Identify and onboard new retailers (kirana stores, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, offices).
Ensure complete retailer registration (shop details, contact, location, payment method).
Map and cover all outlets in the assigned beat/route.
2. Order Generation & Sales Execution
Take daily/alternate-day orders from existing retailers.
Push correct SKUs (250 ml, 500 ml, 1L, etc.) based on outlet type.
Ensure minimum order quantity and improve order value per retailer.
Upload orders through company app/WhatsApp system.
3. Payment Collection & Compliance
Promote post-delivery payment discipline as per company SOP.
Collect payments (UPI / cash where applicable) and submit as per process.
Ensure zero outstanding beyond approved credit days.
Coordinate with driver and dark store accountant for reconciliation.
4. Relationship Management
Build strong long-term relationships with retailers.
Resolve basic complaints related to supply, pricing, or service.
Ensure retailers display Pureza bottles properly.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor pricing, schemes, and activity.
Share daily sales, payment, and outlet visit reports.
Provide feedback on demand patterns and stock movement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Freshers also welcome but 1-3 years experience in FMCG / beverage / water sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to use smartphone apps (WhatsApp, sales app).
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
