Meeting clients and explaining company services/products.

Site/field visits for project coordination and client support.

Collecting documents and submitting to respective departments/offices.

Liaisoning with government offices (DGFT, Customs, GST, etc.) as per requirement.

Supporting sales/marketing team in follow-ups and physical campaigning.

Coordinating with internal teams (operations, accounts, admin) for smooth execution.

Handling field-related issues and providing timely updates to management.

Maintaining proper records of field activities, client interactions, and reports.

Ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
