A Field Sales Executive at AgriVijay is responsible for promoting and selling the company's agricultural, solar, and livelihood-based products directly in the field. The role focuses on building strong relationships with farmers, SHGs, women entrepreneurs, institutions, and rural stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and expanding AgriVijay's market presence while supporting sustainable rural livelihoods.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell AgriVijay's products such as agricultural machines, solar livelihood equipment, and rural solutions Conduct field visits to villages, farms, SHGs, cooperatives, and institutions Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to customers Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate installations with the technical team Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and local partners Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth Collect market feedback, customer requirements, and competitor information Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and follow-up data Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Agriculture background preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in field conditions Willingness to travel extensively in rural and semi-urban areas Basic knowledge of sales reporting and documentation

Preferred Experience:

Experience in field sales, rural marketing, agri-inputs, solar products, or livelihood solutions Familiarity with working with farmers, SHGs, NGOs, or CSR projects
