Identify and onboard new franchise partners for our renewable energy store model in rural and semi-urban areas of Gujarat.
Conduct field visits to meet potential partners, explain business opportunities, and close franchise agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local entrepreneurs, farmers, and rural stakeholders.
Support new franchisees in setup, product training, and initial handholding for smooth operations.
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing support, logistics, and onboarding processes.
Achieve monthly franchise opening and lead generation targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1-2 years of experience in field sales, franchise development, channel sales, or rural outreach.
Strong communication and convincing skills in
Gujarati
; basic Hindi or English is a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively across districts in and around Anand/Vadodara.
Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about rural development and renewable energy.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory.
