The Field Sales Executive - Lubricants will be responsible for driving sales of automotive and industrial lubricants by developing new customers, managing dealer networks, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell automotive and industrial lubricants in assigned territory
Develop new dealers, distributors, garages, workshops, and industrial clients
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and product demonstrations
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends
Ensure proper product availability and visibility at dealer points
Coordinate with logistics and accounts for order execution and payment collection
Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and expense statements
Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
1-5 years of experience in lubricant / oil sales
Good knowledge of automotive or industrial lubricants
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively in the field
Preferred Candidates:
Experience in selling engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, greases, or specialty lubricants
Existing network with dealers, mechanics, transporters, or industries
