Summary
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to represent JNB Bearings Pvt Ltd, a leading importer of J&B brand bearings, in the Chennai region. In this role, you will drive sales by building relationships with industrial clients, dealers, and workshops across key sectors such as crushers, rice mills, automotive repair shops, and hardware stores. Your primary mission is to promote 100% genuine imported bearings, expand our customer base, and ensure timely collections. With full training provided, this is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals--whether experienced or freshers--to grow their career in industrial sales. You'll leverage a mobile app for real-time order tracking and reporting, while contributing to our mission of delivering reliable, high-quality bearings to industries that depend on them.
Responsibilities

• Visit 20-35 industrial units, crusher plants, rice mills, hardware shops, and auto workshops daily

• Sell 100% genuine imported bearings and generate new business leads

• Follow up with existing dealers to secure repeat orders

• Collect payments and reduce outstanding receivables

• Use the Zoho mobile app to check in with live photos and record orders (training provided)

• Install and maintain promotional banners, display catalogs, and provide on-site technical support for bearing-related issues.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Age between 21 and 40 years

• Own a bike with a valid driving license (mandatory)

• Android smartphone with stable internet access

• Permanent local address within 50 km of Kolhapur City

• Experience in bearings, industrial goods, crusher equipment, hardware, or auto spare parts sales (preferred but not mandatory)

• Freshers with a bike and strong motivation to earn are welcome--full training provided.

• Proficient in local language; basic English communication skills required

• Available to join immediately (within 7-10 days)

• Willing to work Monday-Saturday (Sunday off; 2nd and 4th Saturdays off after probation)

- Fixed Salary: ?22,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience & last CTC)
