: 1-2 years in field sales (preferably in tyre or automotive sector)
Reporting To
: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and visit potential customers such as tyre dealers, service centers, transport companies, and fleet operators.
Promote and sell tyre products to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain tyre specifications and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
Execute on-ground marketing activities such as promotional campaigns and product launches.
Track competitor activities and market trends and report findings to management.
Ensure timely collections and resolve customer complaints or queries.
Maintain proper documentation for sales, delivery, and follow-ups.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and field activity updates.
Key Skills Required
:
Strong knowledge of tyre types, specifications, and applications (TBR, PCR, OTR, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven field sales and territory management experience
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
Ability to work independently and travel extensively
Qualifications
:
Graduate in any discipline (Diploma , ITI Can apply )
Experience in tyre/automotive spare parts industry is an added advantage
