Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Compressor Spare Parts, looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Sales Engineer/Field Sales professional to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationship and driving sales growth in the compressor spare parts industry across India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pan India Sales & Business Development and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
2. Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking and customer engagement.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential customer sites.
4. Provide technical solutions, product recommendations and application engineering support to customers.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and operations to ensure alignment and effective support.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to stay informed and adapt sales strategies.
8. Develop and maintain sales reports, forecasts and pipeline management.
Field Sales Responsibilities
1. Travel extensively (up to 80%) across India to meet customers, assess sites and promote products.
2. Conduct product demonstrations, trials and presentations to customers.
3. Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development or application engineering in Engineering Parts Industry. Experience in Compressor/Pumps industry or other similar manufacturing industries will be added advantage.
3. Proven track record of success in sales and business development across India.
4. Strong technical knowledge of compressors, spare parts and related applications.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
