Pune (Intern + Engineer), Mumbai, Sambhajinagar, Kolhapur (Engineer)

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Timings:

09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Stipend / Salary:

Intern:

?10,000 + Travel Allowance (Male candidates only)

About the Role

We're looking for energetic interns and sales engineers who can help us grow our CAD-CAM/PLM business. The role involves field visits, meeting clients, demonstrating products, and closing deals. If you enjoy sales and have an interest in engineering and technology, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate new business through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Meet clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Demonstrate and promote CAD-CAM/PLM products confidently. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets. Deliver clear and engaging presentations to clients. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for customer onboarding and support. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve offerings.

Who Can Apply

Field Sales Intern:

Male candidates pursuing or completed Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering. Strong interest in sales and fieldwork.

Field Sales Engineer (Freshers or Experienced):

0-3 years of field sales experience; software sales is a plus. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven and comfortable with travel.
