Job Summary:

MOTM Technologies is looking for dynamic and self-motivated

Field Sales Engineers

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and technical product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories. Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide feedback from the field to the management team regarding market trends and customer needs. Prepare and submit sales reports, visit summaries, and customer updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of industrial / engineering products and solutions. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Candidate must have their own two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license.
