We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Field Sales Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively across their
assigned region
. This role primarily focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and field visits.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Conduct cold calling to identify and generate new leads.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
2. Client Engagement
Visit clients across the assigned region to build strong relationships.
Present and demonstrate products while addressing technical and commercial queries.
3. Sales & Target Achievement
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Close deals by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
4. Market Research
Track market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential segments.
Monitor competitor activities to refine sales approach and strategy.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.
Prepare and submit periodic performance and visit reports.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in industrial or engineering products.
Travel:
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned region and PAN India when required.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of engineering products is a must. Knowledge of
NDT
products is a strong plus.
Skills:
Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently.
