Key Responsibilities:

Visit client locations to give product demos of the real estate & rental management application Work on

sales conversion and lead generation

Handle both

provided leads

and

self-generated leads

to expand the client base Educate clients on features, payment modes, and agreement digitization Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure customer satisfaction Travel across the assigned territory (Delhi-Gurgaon border)

Requirements:

Proven field sales experience (1-2 years minimum) Strong communication & persuasion skills Must own a

two-wheeler for daily travel

Open and committed to on-field job responsibilities Willing to work with flexibility based on business needs Basic understanding of real estate or property tech is a plus
