Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of field sales executives and distribution staff.
Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach to medical stores, pharmacies, and other retail outlets.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
Ensure proper placement, visibility, and availability of products across all assigned areas.
Monitor daily sales activities, route plans, and productivity of the field team.
Handle primary and secondary sales data and ensure timely reporting.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and distribution goals.
Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery and stock management.
Provide training, motivation, and performance evaluations for the field team.
Conduct regular market visits, retail audits, and competitor analysis.
