Making the Dealer Principal understand the significance of Human Capital in Dealership operations



Implementing benchmark HR Practices at Dealerships



Selection, Recruitment & on-boarding of quality Manpower at Dealerships



Managing Attrition of quality manpower at Dealerships



Making the Manpower productive as per business needs

Territory Manager - Exchange Sales & New Car Sales.
