Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to generate new leads and meet potential customers.
Promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of client visits and sales activities.
Report daily updates and plans to the office between 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Assist in sales strategy planning based on field data and feedback.
Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth execution of orders and services.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience in field sales (preferred - FMCG Industry).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable with outdoor work.
Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and apps for reporting.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and punctual.
Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred but not mandatory).
