Role Overview
Field Sales - Business Development Executives/ Managers (B2C / B2B2C)

• Prospect colleges, coaching centres & student communities
• Run demos, events and micro-seminars to drive subscriptions
• Own the full cycle: prospect ? pitch ? close ? nurture
• Keep daily CRM / MIS updated and beat weekly revenue targets

What we're looking for:
? Comfort with travel and owning a regional territory for sales
? Comfort with interacting in public and presenting
? Strong communication in English, Hindi & local language
? Interest in healthcare or ed-tech companies
? Prior B2C Sales experience/ Field Sales experience preferred * Unlimited earning potential - top performers hit ?45-50 K / month

• For all Field sales roles, Training location will be in Jodhpur Head Office. Employees will
• have to work from Jodhpur office for 2-3 weeks, and only then they will be posted back
• into their specified territories/ field base locations.
