Position Overview:



The

Field Sales Associate

will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting Junna Solar's products and services, generating leads, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory. This role involves direct interaction with customers, dealers, and channel partners, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:



Identify and approach potential customers for solar rooftop and solar pump systems. Conduct door-to-door, institutional, and field visits to generate leads. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and dealer networks.

2. Sales & Business Development:



Present company offerings and explain the benefits of solar systems to prospective clients. Prepare and submit quotations with support from the Sales Coordinator/Head Office team. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives. Coordinate site surveys and ensure smooth conversion from lead to order.

3. Dealer & Channel Partner Coordination:



Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, distributors, and channel partners. Support dealers in achieving their sales goals and resolving field issues. Share product updates, marketing materials, and training sessions with dealers.

4. Marketing & Promotional Activities:



Participate in local campaigns, exhibitions, and awareness programs to promote solar adoption. Conduct area-specific promotional drives (door-to-door, village meetings, etc.). Collect customer feedback and market intelligence for continuous improvement.

5. Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales in company formats or CRM systems. Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports to the Head Office. Coordinate with the technical and project teams for installation and service follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills Required:



Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred: Electrical, Mechanical, or Marketing discipline).

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in field sales (preferably solar, electrical, or FMCG sector).

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of local geography and customer behavior. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Basic technical knowledge of solar systems (training will be provided). Proficiency in MS Office and smartphone applications.

Language:

Telugu, Hindi, and English.

License:

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
